Apples

In North America, consumption was stable in the U.S. market.

In Latin America, the market was stable for Chilean Royal Gala and Granny Smith apples, while slight price adjustments were seen for the Red Delicious variety.

In Europe, the market was stable with good sales activity. In the U.K., the market was firm for all varieties without price changes. In Russia, the market was stable for sales and there was a small rise in prices.

In Asia, low apple supply was seen in markets.

Grapes

In Latin America, sales were stable in Colombia. Prices dropped in Brazil for Chilean Red Globes.

In the U.K. and the European continent, a transition to Northern Hemisphere supply was seen. Chilean Thompsons finished up their season, while there were still high Crimson volumes from this supplier with lower prices. In Russia, sales were slow for Red Globes.

In Asia, the market was well supplied with stable prices.

Kiwifruit

In North America, price adjustments were seen for Chilean kiwifruit in the U.S.

In Latin America, the market was fluid with price stability in Colombia. Moderate sales were seen in Brazil.

In Europe, the market was dynamic with price stability for Chilean supply. Low volumes were registered from New Zealand. In the U.K., price rises were observed for Chilean supply. The Russian market was firm with active sales.

In Asia, low supply was seen in markets and price rises were recorded for Chilean kiwifruit.

Pears

In North America, the market was stable in the U.S. in terms of sales with high consumption levels.

In Europe, low volumes were registered for green varieties. Slow sales were seen with the Forelle variety with new price adjustments. In the U.K., the market was active with price stability. In Russia, slight price rises were seen for Argentine Packham's pears with fast sales.

In Asia, isolated lots of Forelle pears were observed in the Chinese market.
