Jupiter Group in strategic partnership with South American produce company
Global produce company Jupiter Group has entered into a strategic partnership with Argentine company Early Grapes S.A. (EGSA).
Jupiter says EGSA has more than 30 years of experiencing in exporting fresh produce from South America.
The two parties signed the contract in October at Jupiter's U.K. headquarters. Present were Jupiter CEO Mark Tweddle and Group MD Yvonne Tweddle, alongside EGSA directors Martin Valle and Enrique Tolomei.
“After two successful years working together, we are pleased to solidify our relationship with Jupiter, formally becoming their strategic partners," said Valle.
"Our experience in the South American market create great synergies with Jupiter’s client base across the globe, and I am genuinely convinced that this alliance will bring great results to both companies."
Jupiter CEO and Group MD Mark Tweddle said: “We’re thrilled to formally welcome EGSA into the Jupiter family.
"The first two years of our partnership have been very successful and we look forward to working with and further strengthening our relationship over the coming years.
"EGSA’s strength in South America and Russia complement our existing sales strategy perfectly and we’re excited to further explore these regions.”
Valle added: "Our offices in Moscow and Saint Petersburg are already working very closely with Jupiter growing regions such as citrus from RSA, pineapples from Costa Rica, grapes from India and Chile and also mixed trucks from Holland."
Jupiter said this new agreement further strengthens its supply chain and market position.
